Who looks after your data

What data we receive

Through the quote request form:

• name, company (optional), email and WhatsApp or phone;
• preferred language;
• service, date, time, number of passengers, pickup point, destination and any notes you write.

By WhatsApp, phone or email: whatever you send us in those conversations.

While you browse: like any web server, the website server logs your IP address, the date and time of access and the pages requested. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running.

What we use it for

• replying to your request and preparing your quote;
• arranging and providing the service, if you book;
• meeting legal and tax obligations;
• protecting the website and the form from abuse and spam.

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell personal data.

Legal bases

We process form data to handle your quote request, as a preliminary step towards a contract (LGPD art. 7, V), and you confirm on the form that you agree to this use. Server logs and spam control rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (art. 7, IX). Data needed for legal and tax obligations is kept under art. 7, II.

Who we share it with

Only with those who need the data for your service to happen:

• the company hosting this website and the email service that receives requests;
• drivers, guides and partners involved in the service you book, only with what they need (for example, passenger name, time and meeting point);
• authorities, when the law requires it.

The map on the contact page is from Google Maps and only loads if you click "Show the map here". From then on, Google receives data about your visit under its own privacy policy. WhatsApp links open Meta's app, which follows the WhatsApp privacy policy.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies, audience analytics or advertising pixels. If you load the Google map, Google may set its own cookies.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need to reply to your request and, if you book, while we provide the service and for the periods the law requires. Server logs are deleted periodically. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.

Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Requests sent through the form are not stored on the website: they go straight to the KNX team by email.

Your rights

At any time, you can ask for:

• confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
• correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed unlawfully;
• data portability;
• information on who we share your data with;
• withdrawal of your consent.

Just email [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the update date at the top of the page changes too.
